Talent Development Business Partner (Training)
Key Performance Expectations
Consultation & Identification of Needs & Solutions: Conduct on-going needs assessment and recommend targeted solutions to address gaps in talent development and learning strategies. Work closely with clients to develop targeted talent development approaches to meet future skill and capability needs.
Strategic Coaching ability to be credible and impactful with senior leaders and senior leadership teams in one to one coaching and development activities. Insightful in approach with strong executive presence and articulation.
Program development: Partner with designers to design highly innovative solutions. Design and deliver strategy for these programs and execute against plan. Understand rapid development processes and an iterative model.
Relationships: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to assure that Talent Development programs are aligned with specific business priorities and outcomes. This includes business leaders as well as HR business partners and employees.
Leveraging Technologies: Leverage and maximize utility of Learning and Development technologies to expand the impact and scale of learning footprint globally.
Facilitation: Be an experienced and dynamic facilitator, presenter, story teller and coach. There is a facilitation component to this role and you should be comfortable working with all levels of managers / leaders.
Critical Competencies for Success
Experience: At least 8 years of experience in Talent Development, HR consulting, HRBP roles or Learning. Must have deep expertise in management and leadership development e.g. knowledge of core learning theories, frameworks, assessments etc.
Full-cycle Delivery: You should understand and have developed learning evaluation methodologies, conducted needs analysis, designed & developed learning programs, and facilitated experiential learning programs.
Relationship Building: Ability to build deep relationships and partner both cross-functionally and globally
Budget Management: Experience of setting and accurately managing a budget
Reporting: Ability to track and report metrics across learning organization
Environment: Experience working in a high tech, high-paced, hyper growth environment
Attitude: Be inclusive, flexible, confident yet humble, approachable, accountable, have solid judgment, take ownership from the outset. Be comfortable laying the foundation while aspiring to world-class results
Education: The ideal candidate would have an advanced degree in organizational psychology, education, or a related field.
Technical: Strong MS Excel and PPT skills
